Description

Bar Impressions bar mats are ideal for point-of-purchase and countertop applications in bars, restaurants, and hospitality environments. These custom bar service mats feature your logo or artwork printed directly on a durable nitrile rubber surface, helping reinforce brand visibility while protecting bar tops from spills and splatters.

A raised border and textured surface nubs help contain liquid and keep glassware securely in place, while the slip-resistant rubber construction provides reliable performance in busy service areas. Bar Impressions mats offer full-bleed printing with 150 standard color options, Pantone color matching available for a one-time fee per color, and a minimum order quantity of 20 mats.

Design Specifications

A digital print on polymetric film allows you to customize the Bar Impressions mat with logos, images, and messages. Please contact us if PMS color matching is required. A maximum of 4 PMS colors may be matched per design*.

  • Minimum Text Height: 1/2" (includes lowercase text)
  • Minimum Line Thickness: 1/16"

These text requirements are for general use; however, special fonts and very thin letter forms may need to be made larger or thicker and will be approached on a case-by-case basis.

White is prone to discolor and cannot be used as the background or any part of the imprint area. The product's color palette offers three light colors to use in place of White:  F5, N9 and N10. The background color of the imprint area should not be set to these light colors. It is difficult to keep the logo clean through the manufacturing process.

Powerclips in CorelDraw files must be avoided.

*We will do our best to match a PMS color, however, color matching can be extremely challenging. Although we can get close, color is never an exact science and variations will occur. An exact color match is vulnerable to many factors, including the fact that we use a hot press to combine the rubber surface and cushion backing. Heat from the press often causes the color to lighten. Typically, we can get close to most PMS colors, but the final color may be a few shades off. For the PMS color to be as close as possible, we require additional time to create the proof sketch. Specific PMS colors may be matched for a one-time additional fee per PMS color.

Please note, mat size is approximate as rubber shrinks and expands in conjunction with temperature and time. Tolerable manufacturing size variance is 3-5%.

Care/Cleaning Instructions

Berber Impressions HD mats can be cleaned using the instructions below:

  • Vacuum regularly (daily in high-traffic commercial areas; weekly in lower traffic areas)
  • Extract or hose off as needed to remove heavy soil/debris
  • Hang mat to dry

Always make sure the mat is dry before placing it back in service.
