Description

TuffComfort Impressions mats combine custom branding with exceptional anti-fatigue comfort, featuring your logo or artwork printed on a PVC-free polyurethane synthetic leather surface. Designed for indoor environments, these mats provide a professional way to display messaging while improving comfort for employees who stand for long periods.

The photographic-quality digital printing captures fine details and shading, while a 5/8" thick high-density polyurethane foam cushion helps reduce pressure on the lower back and legs. Available in 150 standard color options, TuffComfort Impressions mats deliver both visual impact and ergonomic support.

Design Specifications

TuffComfort Impressions mats feature your custom logo or artwork on a PVC-free polyurethane synthetic leather surface, while providing exceptional anti-fatigue properties.

  • Minimum Text Height: 1/8" (includes lower case text)
  • Minimum Line Thickness: 1/16"

The text requirements are for general use, however, special fonts are very thin letter forms may need to be made larger or thicker and will be approached on a case=by-case basis.

White is prone to discolor and cannot be used as the background or any part of the imprint area. The products color palette offers three light colors to use in place of white: F5, N9 and N10. The background color of the imprint area should not be set to these light colors. It is difficult to keep the logo clean through the manufacturing process.
