Description

SuperScrape mats feature molded tread surface cleats designed to aggressively scrape dirt, sand, and grime from shoes. Ideal for outdoor entrances or wet indoor areas, these mats help reduce tracking while improving slip resistance in challenging conditions.

The cleated surface traps debris below shoe level to keep surrounding floors cleaner, while the durable construction resists grease, oil, and chemical exposure. NFSI-certified for high traction, SuperScrape mats provide dependable performance for commercial and industrial applications.

Please note, mat sizes are approximate as rubber shrinks and expands in conjunction with temperature and time. Tolerable manufacturing size variance is 3-5%.

Care/Cleaning Instructions

SuperScrape mats can be commercially laundered (see Laundering Instructions) and cleaned using the instructions below:

  • Sterilized in an autoclave
  • Washed by hand using the following instructions: Scrub with a deck brush (as needed), using a detergent with a neutral pH; rinse with a hose or pressure washer. Hang to dry

Always make sure the mat is dry before placing it back in service.

Laundering Instructions

SuperScrape mats can be commercially laundered periodically to remove soil.  The formula below does not require extensive mechanical action or drying.

  1. Flush 2-3 minutes, high water level, cold
  2. Break 5-10 minutes, high water level, 120 degrees F (49 degrees C)
  3. Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold
  4. Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold
  5. Drain 2 minutes
  6. Rotate wash well with drain valve in open position to allow excess water to drain off mats.
  7. Lay mats flat following removal from washer.  Allow to cool before rolling.
