Description

Cushion Complete mats, formerly known as Complete Comfort, are ergonomically designed anti-fatigue mats for dry or damp environments. Constructed with 5/8" thick nitrile-blended foam, these mats provide superior underfoot comfort to help reduce fatigue during long periods of standing.

The mats feature a lifetime anti-microbial treatment to help prevent odors and material degradation, along with beveled edges and NFSI high-traction certification for added safety. Grease-, oil-, and chemical-resistant, Cushion Complete mats are available with optional drainage holes for use in damp areas, making them a versatile solution for demanding work environments.

Please note, mat sizes are approximate as rubber shrinks and expands in conjunction with temperature and time. Tolerable manufacturing size variance is 3-5%.

Care/Cleaning Instructions

Cushion Complete mats can be cleaned in several different ways:

  • Commercially laundered (see Laundering Instructions)
  • Washed by hand using the following instructions:  Scrub with a deck brush (as needed), using a detergent with a neutral pH; rinse with a hose or pressure washer
  • Rinse with a hose or pressure washer
  • Hang to dry

Always make sure the mat is dry before placing it back in service.

Laundering Instructions

Cushion Complete mats can be commercially laundered to remove oil, grease, and soil. The formula below does not require extensive mechanical action or drying; it is designed to dissolve grease residue by using hot water to emulsify oils and grease.  Cushion Complete mats do not require extracting or drying. 

  1. Flush 2-3 minutes, high water level, cold water
  2. Break 5-10 minutes, high water level, 140 degrees F (60 degrees C)
  3. Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold water
  4. Rinse 2 minutes, high water level, cold water
  5. Drain 2 minutes
  6. Lay mats flat following removal from washer. Allow to cool before rolling.
