Description

Berber Impressions mats feature your custom logo or message digitally printed on a durable Berber surface, making them an ideal solution for slip-resistant entrance mats and areas where moisture, dirt, or dripping is common. The tight loop Berber construction is designed to withstand heavy foot traffic while effectively scraping dirt and moisture from shoes to help minimize tracking.

The smooth Berber fabric allows for high-definition printing with crisp detail, while the hobnail loop-pile design delivers an attractive, upscale appearance. Made with eco-friendly PET fabric containing at least 80% recycled content and an SBR rubber backing with 20% post-consumer recycled rubber from car tires, these mats combine performance with sustainability. 

Design Specifications

Berber Impressions HD logo mats are produced using a layering process of color. Colors are matched to our standard pallet of 56 colors. 

Minimum Text Height: 1.5"
Minimum Line Thickness: 1/4"

These text requirements are for general use; however, special fonts and very thin letter forms may need to be made larger or thicker and will be approached on a case-by-case basis.

Light background colors should be avoided due to their tendency to show dirt on the mat more than a darker or neutral tone.  Tints, screens, and transparencies are not supported and should not be used.

Please note, mat size is approximate as rubber shrinks and expands in conjunction with temperature and time. Tolerable manufacturing size variance is 3-5%.

Care/Cleaning Instructions

Berber Impressions HD mats can be cleaned using the instructions below:

  • Vacuum regularly (daily in high-traffic commercial areas; weekly in lower traffic areas)
  • Extract or hose off as needed to remove heavy soil/debris
  • Hang mat to dry

Always make sure the mat is dry before placing it back in service.
